When it comes to celebrations, no one does it better than Moët & Chandon. On the 16th of December, Lagos’ most stylish personalities flocked to the Palms Shopping Mall, Lekki, in excitement. Their favourite champagne brand had set up its first-ever Christmas tree in Nigeria, and knowing Moët & Chandon, the party was bound to be one for the books.

MOMENTS BEFORE THE TREE LIGHTING:

Moët & Chandon has built a legacy of producing exquisite champagne, furthermore, their events are equally as brilliant as their sparkling wine. Their focus on creativity, quality, craftsmanship, luxury, and sustainability transcends beyond their champagne production.

Their events are filled with style, luxury, love, and laughter. Their dedication to the art of celebration is why the crème de la crème of the fashion and beauty industry look forward to their every celebration. Their tree lighting was no different.

Renowned personalities like Denola Grey, Henrietta Itepu, Dr. Akin Faminu, Elozonam, Erica Nlewedim, Aduke Shitta Bey and Rebecca Fabunmi were in attendance for its first-ever tree lightning in Lagos.

Another scene stealer at the event was Africa’s number-one beauty destination, Beauty Hut. As guests counted down to the highlight of the day— The Moët & Chandon tree lighting, Beauty Hut hosted a gifting session.

In the spirit of Christmas, Beauty Hut held a special gifting station where guests got to select from their favourite skincare and makeup products to take home, as well as Moët & Chandon tree ornaments.

This partnership with Beauty Hut embodies the essence of the Moët & Chandon tree lighting: sharing unforgettable experiences with loved ones, creating lasting memories, and celebrating life's special occasions in style.

Moët & Chandon hosted the ceremony to remind everyone about the magic of Christmas and as an expansion of its warmth have teamed up with Cerise Noir to create gift boxes. These boxes are available to everyone and can be purchased through the Cerise Noir Instagram.

The gifting station symbolised the importance of the holiday season as a time for celebrations. Moët & Chandon seamlessly blended elegance and thoughtfulness. They lit up everyone’s spirits before lighting the tree and when the tree was lit, it was a breathtaking sight.

THE MOËT AND CHANDON TREE:

The Christmas tree was creatively made with Moët & Chandon bottles. Every bottle was sourced from within Lagos, this represented Moët & Chandon’s dedication to sustainability. They recycled these bottles and made them into a beautiful Christmas.

As everyone counted down to one in anticipation of the tree lighting, it was clear that this celebration would leave a lasting impression and set the tone for many more joyful gatherings to come. Cheers to a season filled with light, love, and luxury.
